CRICKET: BRETT LEE RETIRES FROM INTERNATIONAL CRICKET

Australia speed bowler Brett Lee on Saturday declared his pension from worldwide cricket after a 13-year career, saying his persona were no more up to the pressures of traveling.

"It's formal, I have outdated from worldwide cricket. Thanks for all your really like and assistance. It's been an amazing 13 decades," Lee said via Tweets prior to an official information meeting.

Lee, 35, who came back house beginning from Australia's one-day trip of Britain this 30 days with leg issues, said it was the best to contact an end to his lengthy profession.

"I aroused from sleep these days and realized I had to contact it leaves today. Saturday the Thirteenth, 13 decades (since his Analyze debut), I thought it was very appropriate," he informed Route Nine.

"I believed I would go over there and try and perform the Twenty20 Globe Cut (in Sri Lanka in September), but (being) psychologically and desabled, it would just not be value it.

"So I'm strolling away satisfied with the contact I've created." Lee said while he had experienced his cricket profession, he was tired of being away from house for lengthy stretches and was looking ahead to a different level of his lifestyle.

"It's been a amazing profession and I've liked every instant of it, but it's level two of my  lifestyle now," he said.

"My vacation will be at house -- I'm tired of being away.

That was on my thoughts as well -- time away from house.

" I just want to maybe do some sportfishing and just relax for a few several weeks."

One of Australia's most fearsome quick bowlers, Lee retired from Exams with 310 wickets in Feb 2010, although he performed on in one-day and Twenty20 cricket.

Lee has taken 380 wickets in 220 ODTS and 28  wickets in 25 T20 internationals.
